"You must specify at least one already-initialized correlation set for a non-activation receive that is on a non-selfcorrelating port "

BizTalk is rubbish at error messages, some of them anyway.

"you must specify at least one already-initialized correlation set for a non-activation receive that is on a non-selfcorrelating port"

This error, simply means, select the Receive function and change the property "Activate" to true.

Job done!

Whilst this is probably the most commonly seen message when creating an orchestration ("Oops, I forgot to set my receive shape to activating!"), it's not the only meaning of this error message.

As an example, this error will also crop up if you start adding additional receive shapes to your orchestration that do not have a correlation set specified.  I'm hoping to pop up a little article about correlation in the near future (time permitting of course), when I do, I'll pop a link to it here.
